We have a 60 day returns period from the date of delivery.

Exchanges are 100% free no matter the condition of the footwear. You can exchange size, colour, and style for free.

We also offer free returns for store credit no matter the condition.

For all refunds — no matter the condition — the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.

The postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed once the shipping label info is in the system.

I’m super impressed with these thongs 🩴 I’ve been selling orthotics wear for over 12 year and would highly recommend these thongs for the price ..

Great!

Very comfortable thongs, looks like they are made to last. I reckon people with wide feet should upsize at least 1 size.

Great after sales customer support! We had to exchange ours for bigger sizes and got responses within less than an hour. Thank you!
